The oak tree

Lost in translation

To feel unmoved

Feel nothing

Today

Tell me to go away

Love

Through the dust

If we could imagine

You might think the ordering of the poems is a bit weird as they're not ordered alphabetically. They are ordered in reverse chronological order based on the possibly misguided notion that my work gets better as I age...I have the same insights now that I did at 17, having forgotten that I had the same insight at 17, so make of all this what you will.

An exception to this ordering is "The oak tree", which is the one that I personally am most proud of, even though it was written before "Feel nothing", "Today", and "Tell me to go away". However, different people have different tastes, so if "The oak tree" isn't your thing, please give another one a chance before blocking this website's URL and giving me a 1 star review. Thanks and enjoy! :)
